Step 1 - Getting to know YOU
Before we even get into anything brand related, I will take the time to get to know you!
This will include me obviously familiarizing myself with your online presence and who it is you present to the world, but beyond that I will spend time and effort learning more about who you are, what you do, what makes you tick, what you believe in and so on. I have various methods of doing this, from online questionnaires, to personally curated lists of questions and just discussing any topic with you in person.

Step 2 - Establishing the foundations of the brand
I aim to create a brand that represents the true essence of who you are. At this stage we begin breaking down what this really means.
Much of step one’s content will be revisited in a more methodical way, aiming to now summarize and shorten those facts into the most concise possible formats. These will become the foundations upon which the rest of the brand content will be built and as such it’s an incredibly important step to this process. It’s possible that not every question can be fully answered here, and that’s okay… because as artists evolve, so does their brand and as such it’s healthy and even recommendable to leave some open-ended areas to see what the future brings. :)
Step 3 - Creating our building blocks
This is where we start talking about what your brand may look, feel and sound like to the world.
In other words, we start crafting your biographies, descriptions, abouts, etc. We’ll also start talking about color schemes, visual vibes, unspoken visual messaging and all of the other ways in which you may be communicating who you are to the world. This step of the process is different for everyone - some people may want to take a looser approach to it and others may want to set up strict settings and guidelines for themselves. Neither is right or wrong; ultimately we need to create building blocks that YOU are comfortable using. No matter what, we’re trying to enhance what you do, not restrict you!

Step 4 - NOW we build!
Having laid out our foundation and created our building blocks, we’re ready to start creating concrete content!
We’ll start discussing concepts for your website - if you already have one, we will look at it and see how we may want to adapt it to all of the work that has been accomplished so far. If we find it to be truly beneficial, we’ll discuss what a logo may look like. We’ll go over how we need to adapt your social media platforms and what platforms you may want to be adding to your arsenal. We’ll also touch on practical strategies of how to maximise this work in future implementation so that your (re-) brand is not just a one-time event and things don’t change much after.
Step 5 - Design, feedback, reviews etc.
The heavy-duty ‘under-construction’ phase!
We’ll be creating a lot of content and going back and forth about everything. Fun stuff! This may start with a logo design, if we’ve agreed it makes sense to have one and move on to picking and customizing your website platform. Potentially photo shoots for content creation. This stage can vary greatly depending on what you’ve already established and had made and what we may need to get done from scratch. One way or another, this can be the most exciting part of the entire process, because you’re finally SEEING all the work come to life, piece by piece.

Step 6 - Rolling it all out & announcements
Now that we have a freshly-made brand, let’s share it with the world and let them get to know you in a whole new way!
After testing all of our materials on a select group of inner circle members (friends, family, mentors etc.) we’ll publish pages, update any final images across your platforms and ensure that you now have a cohesive presence across the board. We’ll also make sure that there’s a campaign for the announcement of all of these new features, so that your audience can hop on this train immediately.
I will also leave you with some best practices for going forward as well as a complete Brand Guide containing all of the work we did. This will facilitate your brand principles being upheld in any future projects, e.g. working with a videographer or producer. And thus, you’re ready to go!
